Tungsten Fashions.com does not engrave. Because we only sell online, we do not want to
engrave a ring if you are not positive it fits perfectly. You can however bring your ring to a local
store and have it engraved. Just be aware that a ring that is engraved cannot be returned.
3. When do you ship? When can I expect my order? Will I get a tracking number?
Tungsten Fashions.com ships everyday Monday thru Friday. If you place an order before 3:00
EST, your ring will be shipped that same day.
Here is the order process: Choose the items you would like to purchase, click checkout. Fill
out your information on our secure checkout pages. (128-bit Encryption) You will receive an
email with your order and the order number. When the item(s) are shipped, you will get a
tracking number.
You will have your items in 1-5 days with the free shipping. Overnight is of course overnight
and 2nd day is of course in two days.
4. What is the guarantee? Warranty? Return Policy?
We guarantee your ring will never tarnish, scratch, chip, bend or crack. If it does we replace it.
If you lose it, you replace it.
You have 30 days for a full refund on any item for any reason. We keep it simple.
5. What if it doesn’t fit? Can it be resized?
If you order a ring from us and it doesn’t fit, call us. We will make an even exchange and ship
you out a ring the same day you get the new ring.

does is offers you a lifetime exchange policy. If you need to adjust your size, call us. It will be
replaced free of charge.
