completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back for a refund. Please follow these
steps to complete your return.

Please note: Engraved tungsten carbide rings can not be accepted back as returns. If you
purchase an engraved tungsten carbide ring and the finger size is not correct, we will
implement the lifetime guarantee.

1. Please call our office at 617-340-3320 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

2. When packing your order, please secure the item(s) and include all original paperwork. This
is to include the sales receipt with the RA written on it, the original GIA grading report (if
applicable), and the jewelry box. NOTE: Please do not write anything on the outside of the box
that would indicate jewelry inside.

3. Please make sure to ship the package back to: Tungsten Fashions.com 12 Bonney Lane
Suite 14, Mansfield, MA 02048 Please insure the package and send it registered mail through
the United States Postal Service.

4. Once the package arrives, our laboratory will inspect the contents and verify the condition of
the item(s). A credit will be made within 2-3 business days. The credit will be made using the
mode of payment for the original order.
