Product received twice. Both items damaged in the exact same way. (huge obvious scratch through insignia) Was informed that product is not handled during inspection, they only review photos of product. Hence. Lack of communication re: shipment of a third ring (to replace the other damaged rings) results in my desire to just completely cancel any relationship with them. I'll be returning all three rings (including the third, damaged or not). I'm hoping I'm not going to have to throw down with them to just get my refund for the crap I was sent (and the hassle of just getting REASONABLE customer service from them.

Received my Army insignia ring and am very satisfied with it. The finish is very glossy, the ring is heavy and wears well on my finger. I wish I had gotten the ring 1/2 size larger so I could fit it over the arthritic knuckles but that is my bad. I have 3 tungsten rings now and look forward to seeing what else the company will be offering in the future. Great product and great company. Would buy product again.

Christmas gift for husband
