Purchased for a birthday present. I called to inquire about a delivery date and they answered on the first ring and it was a real human. Being a procrastinator, I waited beyond the last minute to order, so my wife got to see a picture of it on her birthday. She was not very impressed (with me or the gift I'm not sure) but when it arrived and she opened it, all was good and all was forgiven. The item was beyond shiny and sparkling. Well made, I doubt any bangles will be falling off anytime soon. Wore it to a dinner party and everyone complimented her.
