This excludes anything that has been engraved. Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
When we shipped your item, there is an exchange/return form on the back of the packing slip that came with your shipment.
Please fill that out and we will take care of the rest!

As stated on the exchange form, you are required to ship the ring(s) in a secure padded envelope. Failure to put the ring(s) in a padded envelope, they will most likely be ripped out of the envelope and will be lost. If the rings are not put in a padded envelope, we are not responsible for the lost rings.
