Returns/Exchanges Taxes

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:01 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.  All receivers are responsible for landing fees, duties, taxes, customs charges and any other local fees a jurisdiction imposes outside the United States.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Express / Overnight International shipping can take up to 7 days due to International Customs that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays due to International Customs or delays. We will however guarantee all US shipments to arrive within 1 business day. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Tungsten Fashions or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
