Q. Do your Tungsten Rings come with Money Back guarantee?
Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, you have 30 days for a full refund.
Q. Do your tungsten rings come with a lifetime warranty?
Yes of course. It is probably one of the reasons you purchased a tungsten ring, for the durability. You can find out more about our lifetime warranty here.
Q. What happens if I order the wrong size?
No problem. You have 30 days to exchange your ring, there is no charge for this. This is true if you need to change your size or change the style. If you need to change your ring size after 30 days, there is a $6.99 fee.
Q. Can a ring be exchanged or returned after it has been engraved?
Once the ring has been engraved, it is not able to be exchanged or returned. We can always send you the ring(s) to you without the engraving first, you can try them on to make sure they fit perfectly and send them back to then have them engraved. If you would like us to ship you the rings without the engraving, please let us know during checkout. (there is a comments box during checkout). You can find more information here.
Q. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Every order comes with free shipping. We only charge for expedited overnight and 2nd day shipping.
Q. When will my order arrive?
Overnight option, you will have your order the next day, 2nd day in two days and free shipping is 1-4 days. Click here to find out more of when your order will arrive.
Q. How do you ship?
We ship via USPS for free shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping is sent FedEx, USPS or UPS. It depends on the location of the customer of what method we use, but your ring is always guaranteed in the time frame you paid for.

Yes. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.
Q. I am worried about using my credit card on your site, is it secure?

Not at all. Our rings are the same exact rings you see at other stores for $150-$450. The reason our tungsten ring prices are so low is because we only sell online and that is a huge savings that we pass onto you. You have a few options. The quickest way would to go to a local store and get sized, it takes a second. You can get a ring sizer from us or you can print out a ring sizer online here.

Q. Most stores I have visited do not carry large size tungsten rings - What size sizes do you carry?
We specialize in large size tungsten rings! Most stores only go up to a size 13, we have tungsten rings that go up to a size 19. Yes, size 19! Take a look here at the extra wide and large tungsten rings.
Q. What is Comfort Fit?

Q. Do your rings contain Cobalt?
No. Our tungsten rings are made with Nickel and we only carry Cobalt-free tungsten rings. No matter if you purchase from us, or someone else, make sure that you only purchase cobalt-free tungsten rings.
