No. Tungsten Rings do not run big, they are the same size as every other ring. Whether it is Silver, Platinum, Tungsten, Gold or any other material, the size of 
the ring is always the same no matter what.
If you are going to purchase a tungsten ring, save yourself a lot of time and order your actual ring size.
