Tungsten Fashions.com is proud to offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back for a full refund.
Here is how the exchange/returns work with Tungsten Fashions. It is very simple and we have been doing this since 2008. Also we DO NOT charge any of those ridiculous restocking fees. Please follow these steps to complete your exchange/return.
Please note: Engraved tungsten carbide rings can not be accepted back as returns.
1. The exchange form can be found on reverse side of the packing slip that was sent to you with your purchase.
If you do not have and exchange form, you can find one by clicking here.
2. When packing your order, please secure the item(s) and include all original paperwork. This
is to include the sales receipt with the RMA written on it, the original GIA grading report (if
applicable), and the jewelry box. NOTE: Please do not write anything on the outside of the box
that would indicate jewelry inside.
3. Please make sure to ship the package back to: Tungsten Fashions.com 319 Centre Ave
Suite 161, Rockland, MA 02370-2613 Please insure the package and send it registered mail through
the United States Postal Service.
4. Once the package arrives, our warehouse, will inspect the contents and verify the condition of the item(s).
